Customer Relationship Manager

Job Title: CRM Executive (Admin & Coordination) - Textile Industry

Location: Surat

Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on Experience)

Job Type: Full-Time

• Job Responsibilities:Handle daily CRM operations and maintain customer records.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Follow up on inquiries, quotations, orders, and pending tasks.
• Manage data entry, documentation, and reports.
• Assist management in day-to-day administrative activities.
• Ensure smooth communication between departments.
• Perform general back-office and coordination work.
• Requirements:Graduate in any stream.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software, MS Excel, and MS Office.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and organizational abilities.
• Experience in Admin, Back Office, CRM, or Coordination roles will be preferred.
• Tamil language proficiency (Read/Speak/Understand) is preferred and will be an added advantage.
• Working Hours:10:30 AM to 7:30 PM (Flexible based on work requirements)
• Preferred Candidate:Responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Comfortable handling administrative and coordination tasks.
• Able to communicate effectively with Tamil-speaking clients and teams.
