Senior Field Sales Executive

· uPVC Windows & Doors Sales to new Construction Buildings/Projects.

· Generate profitable new sales opportunities by cold calling, existing customers new leads and client/associate referrals as required to meet the accepted sales targets within the time frame. 

· Negotiating Quotation and Contract terms to meet both client and company needs; closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions;

· To be involved in end to end sales activities including but not limited to Site visits, taking BOQ, prepare quotation, submit to client, negotiation, getting the order, coordinating with Operation team till completion of scope of works and collect 100% payment before handing over.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive products, to observe /research competitor’s activities within the designated area and intimate the management from time to time as required.

· Developing sales network and long-term relationships with customers, covering Buildings owners, Local Contractors / Builders /Developers;

· To add Sales Channel partners across the designated sales area to increase passive sales and to coordinate till completion of sales and handing over.

· Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
