Hiring Alert – Field Recruiter – Delivery Partner Hiring | Bangalore

📍 Location: Bangalore

💼 Position: Field Recruiter

💰 Salary: ₹25,000 In-hand + 7000 Incentives

📈 Experience: Candidate must have field recruitment experience


Key Responsibilities -

  • Conduct field visits to identify and recruit delivery partners from local markets, residential areas, and high-footfall locations.
  • Explain job opportunities, earnings, incentives, and onboarding processes to prospective delivery partners.
  • Screen candidates and assess their eligibility based on company requirements.
  • Assist candidates with registration, document submission, and onboarding.
  • Follow up with candidates to ensure successful joining and activation.
  • Maintain daily records of sourced, interviewed, and onboarded candidates.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets.
  • Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams for smooth candidate activation.
  • Build a strong pipeline of potential delivery partners through referrals and local networking.
