Job Description
- Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, and toileting.
- Support patient mobility, including walking, transferring, and repositioning.
- Monitor and report changes in patients' health conditions to the nursing team.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the patient's room and equipment.
- Assist nurses with basic patient care and routine procedures.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity at all times.
- Follow infection control protocols and hospital policies.
- Maintain accurate communication with nurses, doctors, and family members when required.
