Job Description
Company: SRM Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Ghaziabad
Location: Site‑IV, Sahibabad Industrial Area
Job Type: Full‑time
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience)
Role Overview
We are looking for dedicated and disciplined Production Line Workers to join our electronics manufacturing unit. The role involves assembly, soldering, QC support, packing, and maintaining production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform assembly and soldering of electronic components
- Operate basic production machinery
- Conduct visual inspection and basic quality checks
- Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the shop floor
- Follow production targets and timelines
- Support packing and dispatch when required
Required Skills
- Experience in electronics manufacturing preferred
- Basic understanding of components (resistors, capacitors, PCBs)
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Punctual, disciplined, and team‑oriented
Education
- 10th / 12th pass / ITI preferred
