Job Description
Job Title: Franchise Development Manager (Palmonas Jewellery)
About the role: Palmonas is a fast-growing demi-fine jewellery brand expanding its retail footprint across India through franchise partnerships. We're hiring a Franchise Development Manager to meet investors who've already shown interest, present our franchise model, and close partnerships. These are warm leads; your job is to convert them, not cold-call.
What you'll do
- Meet and pitch to interested franchise investors (in-person & virtual)
- Present the business model, ROI, payback period and store economics
- Handle investor questions on returns, location and brand support
- Guide prospects from first meeting to signed agreement
- Coordinate with the brand team on territory, site and onboarding
Who we're looking for
- 2+ years selling high-ticket products (franchise, real estate, insurance, BFSI, auto, retail expansion)
- Comfortable presenting numbers — ROI, breakeven, monthly returns
- Strong, consultative communicator; presentable and credible with investors
- Confident handling objections without hard-selling
- Fluent in English + Hindi (regional language a plus)
- Willing to travel to sites and meet investors on their turf
Good to have
- Prior franchise or business-opportunity sales experience
- Existing investor / HNI / retail network
- CRM and pipeline discipline
