Job Description

Business Development Executive (BDE) drives company growth by identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing client relationships. They analyze market trends, conduct outreach, and negotiate deals to increase revenue. Key responsibilities include preparing proposals, maintaining CRM data, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to meet targets


Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients

  • Sales Pitch & Negotiation: Prepare, present, and deliver, compelling presentations and proposals to pitch services/products, negotiating contracts to close deals.
  • Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and market demand to identify new growth avenues.
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Track, manage, and update all sales activities, pipeline stages, and client information in CRM software.

Collaboration: Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies, enhance, and promote company offerings


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with the ability to persuade and influence stakeholders.
  • Negotiation & Closing Skills: Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong capability to interpret market data and customer needs.
  • CRM & Technical Proficiency: Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Education & Experience: Typically requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, along with prior experience in sales or business development.
