Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Franchise Development & Expansion
• Identify and acquire new franchise partners across target geographies
• Conduct business presentations, franchise pitches, and feasibility discussions
• Evaluate potential locations, market viability, and partner profiles
• Coordinate franchise agreement execution, documentation, and onboarding
• Support centre activation, operational readiness, and go-live coordination
2. Franchise Partner Relationship Management
• Maintain regular, structured interaction with all active franchise partners
• Resolve operational, financial, and business issues in a timely manner
• Monitor franchise performance metrics and support growth strategies
• Ensure strict adherence to Benison IVF SOPs and quality standards
• Conduct periodic review meetings and performance calibration sessions
3. Satellite Centre Management
• Develop and strengthen relationships with all satellite centre operators
• Ensure smooth coordination between satellite centres and IVF hub facilities
• Support centres in patient counselling, treatment referrals, and care coordination
• Conduct regular centre visits, operational audits, and compliance checks
4. Doctor Referral Network Development
• Build and nurture relationships with Gynecologists, Obstetricians, Physicians, Surgeons, and allied healthcare practitioners
• Conduct regular structured doctor visits and engagement activities
• Generate infertility consultations and IVF patient referrals
• Organize CMEs, doctor meets, awareness programs, and medical education sessions
5. Business Development & Revenue Growth
• Generate new patient referrals and drive consultation volume growth
• Increase IVF cycle volume through targeted referral and engagement strategies
• Support revenue growth of franchise and satellite network centres
• Identify new business opportunities, tie-ups, and strategic partnerships
• Develop local referral networks and hyper-local marketing initiatives
6. Marketing & Brand Promotion
• Execute local area marketing activities aligned with brand guidelines
• Coordinate fertility camps, community awareness drives, and health events
• Support digital and offline promotional campaigns in assigned territory
• Enhance Benison IVF brand visibility through targeted outreach
7. Compliance & Quality Monitoring
• Ensure full compliance with ART Act, Surrogacy Act, PCPNDT regulations, and company policies
• Monitor quality standards and patient safety protocols across franchise and satellite centres
• Ensure ethical business practices and regulatory adherence at all partner locations
8. Reporting & MIS
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date doctor visit and engagement records
• Track and analyse referral conversion rates and pipeline progression
• Monitor franchise and satellite centre business performance on ongoing basis
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to the reporting authority
• Analyse business performance trends and recommend actionable improvements
WORK SCHEDULE & ACTIVITY NORMS
Daily Activity Plan
• 5–8 structured doctor visits per day across the territory
• Follow-up calls and engagement with existing referral doctors
• Franchise partner coordination and issue resolution
• Patient referral follow-up and conversion tracking
• CRM and MIS data updation and reporting
• Business development outreach and lead progression
Weekly Activity Plan
• 1–2 satellite centre visits and operational reviews
• Franchise partner review calls and performance discussions
• Doctor meet, medical education, or marketing activity coordination
• Referral conversion analysis and pipeline review
• Internal team coordination and alignment meeting
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Educational Qualification
• Graduate degree in any discipline (Mandatory)
• MBA in Marketing or Healthcare Management (Preferred)
• Certifications in Healthcare Administration or Business Development (Added Advantage)
Work Experience
• 3–8 years of experience in Healthcare Business Development, IVF, Hospital Operations, Diagnostics, Medical Marketing, Franchise Management, or Referral Network Development
• Demonstrated track record in managing doctor relationships and referral networks
• Prior experience in the IVF / Fertility industry is a significant advantage
