Job Description

We are looking for an energetic HR Recruiter to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.

- Call candidates, screen resumes, and conduct initial interviews.

- Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Follow up with selected candidates until onboarding.


Skills Required:

- Excellent calling and communication skills in English and Hindi.

- Basic knowledge of Excel and Job Portals (Naukri, Indeed, Apna).

- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
