Job Description
Job Title: Online Sales & Operations Executive (Saree Store)
Job Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries received through Instagram and WhatsApp.
* Communicate with customers professionally and assist them in selecting sarees.
* Convert inquiries into sales through WhatsApp conversations.
* Share product photos, videos, pricing, and catalogue details with customers.
* Take regular photos and videos of new products for online listings.
* Update and maintain digital product catalogues.
* Process and dispatch customer orders through courier partners.
* Coordinate order tracking and customer follow-ups.
* Maintain customer records and order details.
* Help with inventory updates and stock management.
Requirements:
* Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
* Comfortable using WhatsApp, Instagram, and smartphones.
* Basic knowledge of photography and digital cataloguing is preferred.
* Sales-oriented mindset with a polite and customer-friendly attitude.
* Prior experience in online sales, customer support, or retail is a plus.
Preferred Candidate:
* Knowledge of sarees and ethnic wear will be an added advantage.
