Position OverviewAs a Software Sales Associate, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline. Your primary focus will be identifying potential clients, introducing them to itmcore’s software ecosystem, and qualifying leads for our senior sales team. This is a high-growth role perfect for someone who loves technology, thrives on human connection, and wants to build a career in software-as-a-service (SaaS) sales.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research target companies that fit itmcore’s ideal customer profile through outbound channels (cold calling, email sequences, LinkedIn networking).
  • Inbound Qualification: Promptly respond to and qualify incoming leads from marketing campaigns and website inquiries.
  • Product Demos: Conduct introductory discovery calls and present initial software demonstrations to showcase how itmcore solves prospective clients' pain points.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain meticulous records of all interactions, leads, and deal stages in our CRM platform.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to optimize messaging and accelerate the sales cycle.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up to date on software industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to help refine our product positioning.
  • What We Are Looking ForExperience: 1–3 years of sales experience (B2B, tech, or software sales experience is a huge plus, but we also value grit and a track record of hitting targets in other sales environments).
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You need to be comfortable translating technical software features into clear business benefits.
  • Tech Literacy: Familiarity with modern sales tools (like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Outreach) and a quick ability to learn the ins and outs of our proprietary software.
  • Mindset: A resilient, self-motivated attitude. Rejection doesn't faze you; it just adjusts your strategy for the next call.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
