Job Description

Job Title: Business Development Coordinator (Client Acquisition)As our first Business Development Coordinator, you will directly drive the growth of our startup recruitment agency. You will focus entirely on B2B client acquisition, identifying companies that need hiring support and converting them into partners.


  • Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone to find companies actively hiring.
  • Pipeline Management: Track all prospective client interactions and lead statuses in our CRM.
  • Pitch Support: Schedule and coordinate introductory meetings between prospects and agency leadership.
  • Market Research: Monitor industry hiring trends to identify high-growth sectors needing recruitment support.
  • Proposal Creation: Help draft service agreements and recruitment proposals for prospective clients.
  • Qualifications & RequirementsMindset: High-energy, resilient, and comfortable working in an unstructured startup environment.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in sales, lead generation, or recruitment agency support is preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional persuasive writing skills for cold outreach and clear phone etiquette.
  • Tools: Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM software, and email automation tools.
  • Drive: Self-motivated worker who thrives on hitting daily activity and outreach targets.
