Job Description

•Connect with prospective students through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in counseling sessions.

•Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable programs.

•Explain course curriculum, training methodology, placement support, fee structure, and career opportunities.

•Manage the admission process from lead qualification to enrollment.

•Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions.

•Achieve admission and revenue targets.

•Maintain accurate records in CRM systems.

•Coordinate with trainers, operations, and placement teams to ensure a smooth student onboarding experience.

•Build strong relationships with prospective learners and provide a high-quality counseling experience.
