Job Description
AI-first Agency, is hiring a UI/UX & Graphic Designer on an urgent basis. UI/UX & Graphic Designer (Figma Expert) — Remote
This is a 100% remote, work-from-home role for someone who lives and breathes Figma and can turn ideas into clean, conversion-ready designs across web and mobile.

- ❌ Candidates who are not familiar with Figma, Figma Design, and FigJam should NOT apply — you will not be selected.
What you'll do:
- Design websites, mobile apps, and full UI/UX flows in Figma (wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes)
- Build design systems, components, and responsive layouts
- Create supporting graphic design assets across other tools (Adobe suite, Canva, etc.)
- Handle light video editing for short-form and promotional content
- Collaborate with the team to ship polished work fast
What we're looking for:
- Proven expertise in Figma (this is non-negotiable — portfolio required)
- Working knowledge of FigJam
- Strong command of other graphic design software and a sharp visual eye
- Basic-to-intermediate video editing skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- A portfolio showcasing web, app, and UI/UX work
Role details:
- 100% Remote — work from home using your own system/equipment
- 7 hours per day (focused, no padding)
- Australian or US shift hours — you must be comfortable working these time zones
- Immediate joiners strongly preferred
