Qualification: Diploma / B.E. (Civil)

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

• Job Responsibilities:Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with labour, subcontractors, and vendors for smooth site execution.
• Monitor work progress and maintain daily site reports.
• Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed at the site.
• Check material requirements and coordinate for timely material delivery.
• Report project progress to the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with clients during site visits when required.
• Maintain labour attendance and monitor productivity.
• Ensure projects are completed within the scheduled timeline.
• Requirements:Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering.
• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers with good technical knowledge can also apply).
• Basic knowledge of construction and interior execution.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
• Candidates from Chennai or willing to relocate to Chennai are preferred.
