Position: Senior Accountant

Department: Accounts & Finance

Location: Hyderabad

Experience: 2–4 Years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter (Preferred)

Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, statutory compliance, taxation, payroll support, and inventory accounting. The ideal candidate should have experience in a manufacturing or electronics industry and possess strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, EPF, ESI, and financial reporting.

  • Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting: Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions.
  • Prepare and finalize monthly financial statements.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, cash, and ledger balances.
  • Maintain the General Ledger (GL) accurately.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • GST & Taxation: Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, Annual Return).
  • Reconcile Input Tax Credit (ITC).
  • Ensure compliance with GST and Income Tax regulations.
  • Handle TDS deduction, payment, and return filing.
  • Accounts Payable & Receivable Process vendor bills and payments.
  • Monitor customer collections and outstanding receivables.
  • Reconcile supplier and customer accounts.
  • Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Coordinate payroll processing.
  • Verify salary, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Ensure timely EPF, ESI, PT, and Labour Law compliance.
  • Maintain statutory records and documentation.
  • Inventory & Manufacturing Accounts: Verify inventory valuation and stock records.
  • Reconcile raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
  • Monitor production costs and material consumption.
  • Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, and Production Departments.
  • MIS & Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
  • Present financial reports to Management.
  • Prepare budget vs. actual analysis.
  • Monitor departmental expenses and cost control.
  • Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and statutory audits.
  • Prepare schedules and supporting documents for auditors.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
  • Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Accounting Principles.
  • GST, TDS, Income Tax, EPF & ESI Compliance.
  • Manufacturing Accounting.

  • Experience 2–4 years in Accounts & Finance.
  • Experience in Electronics Manufacturing / Manufacturing Industry is preferred.

Salary₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month (Based on experience and skills)
