Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain books of accounts in accounting software (such as Tally/Busy/Zoho Books).
  • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions.
  • Prepare bank reconciliations and ledger reconciliations.
  • Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and other applicable returns).
  • Reconcile GST data with books, the GST portal, and vendor/customer records.
  • Prepare and file Income Tax Returns for individuals, firms, LLPs, and companies.
  • Assist in tax planning and ensure compliance with Income-tax and GST laws.
  • Prepare TDS workings, file TDS returns, and issue TDS certificates.
  • Handle statutory notices and assist in departmental assessments and compliance.
  • Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and other management reports.
  • Coordinate with clients and collect required information and documents.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely statutory compliance.
