Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities through field visits, calls, emails, and networking.
- Identify potential customers and convert leads into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs and competitor activities.
- Promote company products/services through online and offline marketing campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and sales proposals.
- Follow up with customers regarding inquiries, quotations, and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely service delivery.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales and marketing knowledge.
- Customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms will be an added advantage.
