Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
End-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction.
Attendance management using biometric/HRMS systems.
Payroll inputs, salary processing coordination, and full & final settlement.
Employee database and personnel file management.
Leave management and attendance regularization.
Employee grievance handling and disciplinary actions.
Performance management and confirmation process.
Employee engagement activities, R&R programs, and welfare initiatives.
Exit formalities, resignation management, and relieving documentation.
Statutory Compliance
PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and Labour Welfare compliance.
Contractor compliance and documentation.
Labour licence and contract labour records.
Factory Act compliance and statutory registers.
Coordination during statutory audits and inspections.
Liaison with government authorities whenever required.
Administration
Housekeeping, security, and canteen management.
Transport and guest house administration.
Vendor management and AMC coordination.
Petty cash handling and expense tracking.
Asset management and office administration.
Travel and hotel booking arrangements.
Facility maintenance and office supplies management.
Training & Safety
Coordinate induction and employee training.
Organize Fire Safety, First Aid, and EHS training.
Maintain training records and attendance.
Support ISO, EHS, and compliance audits.
Skills Required
Strong knowledge of HR Operations.
Good understanding of Labour Laws, PF, ESI, PT, and Factory Act.
Experience in payroll coordination.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Experience with HRMS/Payroll software (e.g., Insyspay, SAP, or similar).
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
