Job Description
Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service.
Process cash, credit/debit card, mobile payments, and other transaction methods accurately.
Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and credits as required.
Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
Maintain accurate records of transactions and report discrepancies.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, pricing, and store policies.
Ensure checkout areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies.
Promote company products, services, and loyalty programs when appropriate.
Follow company policies regarding cash handling, security, and fraud prevention.
Collaborate with team members to support smooth store operations.
