Tender Executive

Tender Management, Identify, study and evaluate tenders from PWD, MSEDCL, GEM Portal, Railways, CPWD, NTPC, NHPC, Municipal Corporations, and other government bodies.

Prepare, compile, and submit technical and financial bids within deadlines.

Ensure compliance with tender eligibility criteria, documentation, and statutory requirements.

Coordination & Documentation

Maintain updated vendor registration and empanelment with government departments.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, technical) for tender preparation.

Maintain proper documentation of tenders submitted, approvals, work orders, and contracts.

Payment Collection & Follow-Up

Regular follow-up with government departments for pending payments and running bills.

Ensure timely submission of invoices, bills, and supporting documents to avoid payment delays.

Build strong liaison with accounts/finance departments of respective government authorities.

Market Research & Updates

Track government procurement portals for new tenders and opportunities.

Stay updated on amendments, corrigendum, and policy changes in tendering procedures.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure adherence to tender rules, contract clauses, and statutory compliance.

Submit regular MIS reports on tenders applied, success rate, payment status, and collection progress.

Relationship Management

Maintain good relations with officials of PWD, MSEDCL, Railways, CPWD, NTPC, NHPC, MC, and other relevant authorities.

Act as a single point of contact between company and government departments.
