Profile: Marketing Executive

Reports To: Business Head / Marketing Head

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support brand building, demand generation, and market activation initiatives across assigned regions. The role involves executing on-ground and digital marketing activities, coordinating with sales teams, and ensuring consistent brand visibility to drive market penetration and sales growth. The ideal candidate should understand FMCG marketing dynamics, especially in Tier II and Tier III markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute on-ground marketing activities such as product sampling, retailer branding, visibility drives, and local promotions.
• Work closely with the sales team to support new product launches and market expansion initiatives.
• Plan and execute joint sales–marketing activities to improve secondary sales and offtake.
• Conduct regular market visits to gather insights on consumer behaviour, competitor activities, pricing, and promotions.
• Share actionable insights to improve product positioning and communication.
• Coordinate with design and digital teams for creation of marketing collaterals.
• Support social media, local digital campaigns, and brand communication initiatives.
• Coordinate with local vendors, printers, and activation agencies for timely execution of marketing activities.
• Ensure cost control and quality adherence as per company standards.
• Maintain records of marketing activities, expenses, and ROI.
• Submit regular activity reports to management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Creative mindset with execution-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of digital marketing is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

Working Conditions:

• Extensive field travel within assigned territory.
• Flexible working hours may be required during campaign execution and launches.

Remuneration:

• Fixed: 20,000 -25,000 per month
• TA/DA: As per company policy and applicable grade
