We are looking for a creative and strategic Brand Manager to strengthen our brand presence, drive awareness, and ensure consistent brand communication across all channels.

Role OverviewThe Brand Manager will be responsible for developing and executing Techowl's brand strategy, ensuring consistent messaging, increasing brand visibility, and driving market positioning. The ideal candidate should have experience in technology, SaaS, IT services, or digital marketing industries and possess strong skills in branding, content strategy, campaign management, and market research.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & PositioningDevelop and implement comprehensive brand strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Define and maintain Techowl's brand identity, voice, and positioning.
  • Monitor brand perception and recommend improvements.
  • Marketing CampaignsPlan and execute integrated brand campaigns across digital and offline channels.
  • Collaborate with performance marketing, content, design, and sales teams.
  • Manage product launches, events, webinars, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Content & CommunicationEnsure consistency in messaging across website, social media, presentations, and marketing collateral.
  • Oversee content calendars and brand storytelling initiatives.
  • Review and approve marketing materials from a branding perspective.
  • Market Research & InsightsConduct competitor analysis and market research.
  • Identify industry trends, customer insights, and emerging opportunities.
  • Track brand awareness and campaign effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder ManagementCoordinate with leadership, sales, product, and creative teams.
  • Manage external agencies, PR partners, and vendors when required.
  • Performance MeasurementDefine brand KPIs and reporting frameworks.
  • Analyze campaign performance and optimize branding initiatives.
  • Measure brand reach, engagement, share of voice, and lead contribution.
  • Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–8 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Corporate Communications.
  • Experience in Technology, SaaS, IT Services, Digital Marketing, or Startup environments preferred.
  • Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, content strategy, and consumer behavior.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
