We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to join our pharmaceutical company specializing in super-speciality medicines (Nephrology, Oncology, Immunology, Dermatology).
Key Responsibilities:
- Connect with patients and chemists via phone calls, WhatsApp, email to promote super-speciality medicines
- Generate business conversion and close sales for nephrology, oncology, immunology products
- Manage follow-ups with existing customers for repeat orders and relationship building
- Maintain customer database and track sales targets
- Handle online applications and inquiries professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th Pass
- 1+ year of sales experience preferred (pharma/healthcare experience is a plus)
- Basic English communication skills
- Must have own smartphone and be comfortable with WhatsApp/phone-based selling
- Self-motivated with strong communication and persuasion skills
- Experience in pharma marketing, B2B/B2C sales, or channel sales is highly valued
