Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive with experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, explaining financial products, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain BFSI products/services.

Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, preferably in the BFSI domain.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle customer objections effectively.

Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling experience.

Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.

Preferred Skills:

Excellent verbal communication in English and Tamil.

Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.

Strong customer service orientation.
