Job Description – Atomberg technologies - Sales Promoter

Channel : Modern Trade (Large Format Retail Stores).
Role Overview
Atomberg Technologies is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Promoters to drive sales,
improve brand visibility, and deliver superior customer experience at Modern Trade retail stores.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and deliver effective product
demonstrations highlighting Atomberg features and benefits.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through proactive selling.
Maintain product visibility, correct placement, shelf hygiene, and planogram adherence.
Support execution of in-store promotions, brand activations, and coordinate with store staff for
smooth operations.
Ensure timely reporting of sales, stock status, competitor activity, and adhere to company SOPs,
attendance, and grooming standards.
Salary : 18,000 K NTH - 30,000 K NTH
Interview Rounds : 1 st Virtual / 2 nd F2F
Locations : Pune ( Moshi, Bhosri & Wakad )
