  • Customer ServiceGreet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Take customer orders accurately.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints courteously.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout their visit.
  • Food Preparation & ServicePrepare food items according to company standards and recipes.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
  • Pack takeaway and delivery orders properly.
  • Monitor food quality and presentation.
  • Cash HandlingOperate POS (Point of Sale) systems.
  • Process cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
  • Maintain proper records of transactions.
  • Restaurant MaintenanceKeep dining, kitchen, and service areas clean and organized.
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Dispose of waste according to company procedures.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties.
