Banquet Manager

Weddingzvenue.in is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Banquet Sales Manager to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for generating banquet bookings, handling client inquiries, conducting venue visits, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:

✅ Generate banquet and event booking leads

✅ Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings

✅ Coordinate venue visits and client presentations

✅ Negotiate pricing and close sales deals

✅ Build relationships with banquet halls, hotels, and event venues

✅ Maintain client database and follow-up records

✅ Achieve monthly revenue and booking targets

✅ Coordinate with operations and event teams for successful execution

Requirements:

✔ Minimum 2 years of experience in Banquet Sales, Hospitality Sales, or Event Sales

✔ Strong communication and negotiation skills

✔ Good knowledge of banquet operations and event planning

✔ Ability to achieve sales targets

✔ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred
