Job Description

Accounting:

  1. Maintain day-to-day accounting records in Tally or accounting software.
  2. Prepare and maintain invoices, bills, and receipts.
  3. Handle accounts payable and receivable.
  4. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  5. Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
  6. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  7. Coordinate with auditors during audits.


Administrative:

  1. Handle office supplies, stock, and vendor coordination.
  2. Maintain company records, documents, and files.
  3. Manage office equipment and IT service requests.
