Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales activities, generating leads, coordinating with clients, conducting site visits, and contributing to the achievement of the company's revenue goals.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational sales targets and revenue objectives.

- Set individual sales targets and monitor performance to ensure business growth.

- Ensure that sales team members have the necessary resources and support to perform effectively.

- Plan and coordinate sales training programs to enhance team productivity and market knowledge.

- Monitor sales expenses and maintain budget control.

- Attend client meetings and accompany clients for property inspections and site visits.

- Explain project details, pricing, and investment benefits to prospective clients.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels and convert them into successful sales.

- Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Work Schedule :

- Working Hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

- Working Days: Monday to Saturday

- Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed Off)

Nature of Work :

- Field Work: 3 days per week – Site visits with clients and project presentations.

- Office Work: 3 days per week – Lead follow-up, client coordination, reporting, and sales activities.

Compensation & Benefits :

- Attractive Incentives: ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month (based on performance).

- Petrol Allowance provided for official site visits.

Required Skills :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer relationship management.

- Prior experience in real estate sales and marketing will be an added advantage.

- Fluency in the Tamil language is mandatory.
