Job Description
Job Title: Business Development Executive (Fund Raising)
Location: Dadar East
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads for fund-raising and construction finance opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential builders, developers, and Chartered Accountants (CAs).
- Reach out to prospective builders, developers, and CAs to establish business relationships.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings with senior management and potential stakeholders.
- Conduct follow-ups after meetings to ensure continuity and progress of discussions.
- Assist in promoting and closing construction finance and fund-raising solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and follow-up activities while working from office and in the field.
