Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kadavur, Madurai Natham Road for a Front Office Executive. The role involves managing receptionist duties, greeting and assisting guests, and ensuring a positive front office environment. The Front Office Executive will handle customer inquiries, maintain proper records, and support operational and administrative tasks. The role requires effective communication and excellent customer service skills to provide a seamless experience for guests.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and ability to create a welcoming and professional environment
- Experience in Receptionist Duties and Front Office operations
- Excellent Communication Skills for both verbal and written interactions
- Proficiency in providing high-quality Customer Service
- Well-organized and capable of multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software are an added advantage
- Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is beneficial
