Job Description :-
VAIS is looking for an experienced Online Bidding Executive to generate software development projects through online bidding platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of winning IT projects and excellent communication, proposal writing, and client management skills.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Identify software and IT project opportunities on online bidding platforms.
- Prepare and submit high-quality proposals based on client requirements.
- Communicate with clients through chat, email, and virtual meetings.
- Understand project requirements and coordinate with the development team.
- Negotiate project scope, timelines, and pricing.
- Follow up with clients and convert leads into successful projects.
- Build long-term client relationships and achieve monthly business targets.
- Maintain daily records of bids, follow-ups, and project status.
Required Skills :-
- Minimum 1 year of experience in online bidding for software or IT projects.
- Strong proposal writing and client communication skills.
- Excellent English (written and spoken).
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of software development services such as websites, mobile apps, ERP, CRM, HRMS, e-commerce, and custom software.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work independently.
