Inventory Management Executive (Male)

Performance Locations: Chakdah, Kalyani & Ranaghat
Salary₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
- Eligibility CriteriaGender: Male
- Age: Minimum 30 years
- Experience: 1–5 years
- Required SkillsTally ERP
- E-Way Bill Management
- Inventory Management
- Invoice Preparation & Verification
- Stock Reconciliation
- Basic MS Excel
- Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory and stock records in Tally.
- Prepare and verify purchase and sales invoices.
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills.
- Monitor stock movement and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Purchase, Accounts, and Logistics teams.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely reporting.
- Preferred CandidateDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or paper industry is preferred.
