About UsAurelia Diagnostics is a trusted diagnostic center offering pathology, radiology, and health checkup services. We are looking for a strategic and result-driven Marketing Manager to lead our brand growth, patient acquisition, and market positioning efforts.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive patient footfall and brand visibility
• Lead, train, and manage the marketing team (executives, field staff) to achieve targets
• Build and strengthen relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and corporate clients for referrals and tie-ups
• Oversee digital marketing efforts — Google Business Profile, social media, website SEO, and online reputation management
• Plan and organize health camps, awareness campaigns, and promotional events
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and patient feedback to refine marketing strategies
• Manage marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution
• Coordinate with design/content teams for promotional materials (banners, pamphlets, social posts)
• Track and report key marketing metrics (lead generation, conversion rates, ROI) to senior management
• Develop corporate wellness packages and B2B partnerships for bulk health checkups
• RequirementsMBA/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or pharma sector
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
• Working knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google My Business, social media platforms, basic analytics)
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Ability to work independently and drive results under pressure
• Skills PreferredHealthcare industry network (doctors, hospitals, clinics)
• Experience in managing marketing teams
• Knowledge of local market dynamics
• Proficiency in Bengali, Hindi, and English

Salary₹[12 to 60 k] per month + performance-based incentives
