Experience Required: 6 Months – 1 Year in Retail, Supermarket, Grocery, or Customer Service

Job SummaryThe Retail Staff is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store presentation, managing merchandise, and supporting daily store operations. The role requires a customer-focused approach and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers with product selection and inquiries.
• Ensure shelves are stocked, organized, and replenished regularly.
• Monitor product quality, expiry dates, and stock availability.
• Handle billing and cash transactions accurately (if assigned at the cashier counter).
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the store.
• Assist in receiving, unloading, and arranging inventory deliveries.
• Promote store offers, loyalty programs, and new products to customers.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
• Follow store policies, safety guidelines, and operational procedures.
• Support team members to achieve daily sales and service targets.
• RequirementsMinimum 6 months of experience in retail, supermarket, grocery, or customer service.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of billing systems and POS machines is preferred.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Physically fit to stand for extended periods and handle store merchandise.
