Dispatch Executive

Job OverviewWe are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatcher / Order Coordinator to manage our online orders and ensure smooth order processing from order acceptance to final delivery handover.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and accept incoming online orders from various platforms.
• Print or provide order slips to the bakery production team.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure orders are prepared on time.
• Check and verify completed orders before packing.
• Pack orders properly and ensure product quality standards are maintained.
• Coordinate with delivery riders and hand over orders for dispatch.
• Contact customers when required for order confirmation, delivery instructions, or issue resolution.
• Track order status and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain clear communication between customers, bakery staff, and delivery partners.
• Handle basic customer queries related to orders and deliveries.
• RequirementsBasic computer and smartphone knowledge.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in customer service, dispatch, or food delivery operations is a plus.
• Flexible to work evening, late-night, weekends, and festive rush hours when required.
