Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to promote and sell our software solutions including EzyLabel, EShipIT, EzyTrend, EzyTRF, and EzyStock. The role involves identifying potential customers, generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, closing deals, and supporting marketing initiatives to expand market presence within Pharma R&D, Packaging Development, Analytical Development, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain, and Regulatory environments.

EzyTrend – Stability Trend Analysis & Shelf-Life Prediction Platform
EzyTRF – Test Request Form & Stability Management System
EzyStock – Warehouse & Inventory Management Solution
Mandatory RequirementCandidates must possess their own laptop to perform sales activities, product demonstrations, presentations, customer meetings, and remote support sessions.
- Sales ResponsibilitiesIdentify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for all K Pack Tech software solutions.
- Develop relationships with Pharma R&D, Packaging Development, Analytical Development, QA/QC, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Supply Chain, and Regulatory Affairs teams.
- Conduct software demonstrations, presentations, webinars, and proof-of-concept sessions both online and onsite.
- Understand customer business processes and recommend suitable software solutions and customization options.
- Generate proposals, quotations, commercial offers, and negotiate contracts.
- Maintain and update sales opportunities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Follow up with prospects and convert demonstrations into commercial opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling across the product portfolio.
- Marketing ResponsibilitiesExecute LinkedIn outreach campaigns, email marketing initiatives, and digital promotions.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, industry databases, and online platforms.
- Coordinate webinars, product launch campaigns, and awareness programs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to create presentations, brochures, case studies, videos, and marketing content.
- Gather customer feedback and market intelligence to improve product positioning.
- Monitor competitor offerings and identify emerging industry trends.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, seminars, and customer events to strengthen brand visibility.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new software releases and product enhancements.
- Customer Engagement & SupportAct as the primary point of contact during pre-sales discussions and onboarding activities.
- Coordinate with technical teams for implementation, training, validation, and customer support.
- Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Promote software renewals, subscription upgrades, referrals, and additional services.
- Track customer success stories and collect testimonials for marketing purposes.
- Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in software sales, pharma sales, technical sales, or B2B marketing.
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical R&D, Packaging Development, Analytical Development, Stability Studies, Warehouse Operations, or Manufacturing processes will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and product demonstrations.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
