Position OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Program Executive (Sales) to drive student enrollments for our flagship technology programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and counseling to enrollment closures—while building strong relationships with students, colleges, and communities.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSales & AdmissionsConvert inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in counseling.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student career aspirations.
- Present program offerings and explain career outcomes effectively.
- Handle objections, negotiate pricing discussions, and close enrollments.
- Collect booking amounts and ensure smooth admission processes.
- Lead GenerationGenerate organic leads through engineering colleges, student communities, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain relationships with college placement cells and student groups.
- Organize information sessions, webinars, demo days, and campus engagement activities.
- CRM & ReportingMaintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and enrollments in the CRM.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly pipeline reports.
- Track conversion metrics and recommend improvements to increase enrollments.
- CollaborationWork closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with operations and academic teams to ensure a seamless student onboarding experience.
Target AudienceThe Program Executive will engage with:
- Engineering students (1st to 4th year)
- Degree students and recent graduates
- Working professionals and career switchers interested in technology careers
- Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Admissions, EdTech, SaaS, or B2C services.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi/Telugu.
- Comfortable conducting calls, presentations, and face-to-face counseling sessions.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Preferred QualificationsExperience in EdTech sales or student counseling.
- Existing network within engineering colleges and student communities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting systems.
