Job Description
· Implement visual merchandising plans aligned with brand guidelines and business objectives.
· Create and maintain attractive product displays, window installations, and in-store layouts to drive customer engagement and sales.
· Ensure consistent visual merchandising standards across all stores.
· Coordinate with buying, marketing, and store teams for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
· Monitor product presentation, stock placement, signage, and display effectiveness to enhance customer experience.
· Conduct store visits and audits to ensure VM compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
· Analyze customer buying patterns and sales trends to optimize displays and space utilization.
· Train and guide store teams on visual merchandising standards and display maintenance.
