Job Description

  • PositionL4 Repair Engineer : Apple & Android Devices
  • Department : Repair Operations
  • Job Summary : The L4 Repair Engineer will be responsible for advanced-level diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of Apple and Android smartphones. The role requires expertise in motherboard-level repairs, component replacement, fault analysis, and ensuring devices meet quality standards before dispatch.


  • Key Responsibilities

Technical Repair & Diagnostics

  1. Perform advanced diagnostics on Apple and Android smartphones.
  2. Identify and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
  3. Conduct motherboard-level troubleshooting and repairs.
  4. Replace and repair components such as ICs, charging ports, cameras, batteries, speakers, microphones, and display assemblies.
  5. Perform data wipe, flashing, software installation, and OS restoration.
  6. Analyze recurring failures and provide root cause analysis (RCA).
