Role Overview

We are seeking a highly knowledgeable, ethical, and results-driven Senior Medical Admissions Counsellor. In this high-impact role, you will guide aspiring doctors through the highly competitive, complex admission processes for NEET UG, NEET PG, DM, and MCh courses.

You will act as a trusted career strategist, analyzing seat matrices, fee structures, and state-wise cut-offs to help students secure optimal placements in government, private, and deemed medical colleges across India.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Student Counselling

• Provide detailed, one-on-one virtual and in-person consultations to medical aspirants and their parents.
• Evaluate student profiles, NEET scores, budgets, and category reservations to build data-backed college preference lists.
• Demystify the distinct tracks for undergraduate (UG), postgraduate (PG), and Super Specialty (SS - DM/MCh) career paths.

2. Choice Filling & Counseling Management

• Navigate state-level (DME) and national-level (MCC) counseling portals expertly.
• Execute accurate choice-filling, choice-locking, and seat upgradation strategies across multiple counseling rounds.
• Track real-time seat matrix modifications, court rulings, and quota updates to adapt candidate strategy instantly.

3. Lead Conversion & Pipeline Management

• Manage inbound leads, follow up systematically, and convert enquiries into premium paid counselling packages.
• Update applicant interactions, status pipelines, and documentation logs via internal CRM software.
• Meet monthly and seasonal enrollment targets while maintaining high client satisfaction scores.

🛠️ Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (B.Sc, BBA, B.Tech, or Psychology backgrounds preferred).
• Domain Expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience strictly dealing with MCC, state counseling authorities, NRI quota seats, and management quotas.
• Deep Process Knowledge: Complete mastery over NEET UG/PG ranks, cut-offs, bond conditions, bank guarantee requirements, and stipend variations across states.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written command over Hindi and English to confidently influence high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and senior medical professionals.
• Tech-Savvy: High proficiency in spreadsheet management (Excel/Google Sheets) and CRM platforms (e.g., LeadSquared or HubSpot).
