Store Executive

Nano Tech Chemical Brothers is looking for a Store Executive to manage day-to-day store and warehouse operations at our manufacturing plant. The role involves inventory management, incoming material handling, stock reconciliation, dispatch coordination, return material handling, audit stock maintenance, and ensuring safe and efficient warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming materials as per the receiving and inspection procedures.
• Manage inventory of Raw Materials, Consumables, Packing Materials, and Finished Goods.
• Store, issue, and dispatch materials as per company procedures.
• Update inventory transactions in Tally and maintain accurate stock records.
• Conduct physical stock verification and stock reconciliation.
• Handle return materials and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Follow FIFO, 5S, ISO, and warehouse safety practices.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality, Accounts, and Dispatch teams.

Preferred Candidate

• B.Com/ BA/ BBA or Any Graduate.
• Basic knowledge of Tally and MS Excel.
• 2–5 years of experience in Store/Warehouse operations in the Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Personal Care, or Textile manufacturing industry.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
