Hostess

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and professional attitude.
• Greet and escort guests to their tables promptly.
• Manage table reservations and walk-in guests efficiently.
• Maintain an accurate waiting list and communicate estimated wait times.
• Coordinate with Restaurant Managers, Captains, and Servers for smooth table allocation.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to reservation inquiries.
• Assist guests with special requests whenever possible.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Maintain guest records and reservation details.
• Inform guests about restaurant promotions, events, and special menus.
• Handle guest complaints politely and escalate concerns to the Restaurant Manager when required.
• Wish guests warmly while they leave and invite them to visit again.
• Follow company grooming, hygiene, and service standards.
• Support the Front-of-House team during peak operational hours.

Qualifications:

• Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate preferred.
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality is an added advantage.

Experience :

• 0–2 years of experience in a restaurant, hotel, café, or hospitality industry.
• Freshers with excellent communication and a professional personality are welcome to apply.
