Job Description

  • Guest Services Management: Oversee check-ins and check-outs, handle guest inquiries, and ensure special requests are fulfilled promptly.
  • Staff Supervision: Coordinate and supervise housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, and recreational staff to maintain service standards.
  • Facility Oversight: Ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and functionality of rooms, public areas, and recreational facilities such as pools, and event spaces
  • Problem Resolution: Address guest complaints and operational issues efficiently, escalating to management when necessary
  • Vendor and Supplier Coordination: Liaise with external service providers to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of goods and services
