Job Description
- Counsel clients regarding immigration, PR, Work Permit, Job Seeker Visa, and other visa programs.
- Assess client profiles and recommend the most suitable immigration pathway.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls to generate and convert leads.
- Explain company services, documentation requirements, processing timelines, and fee structure.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Update client interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing teams for seamless case handling.
- Resolve client queries and provide timely updates throughout the application process.
- Stay updated on immigration policies, visa regulations, and company offerings.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data.
- Represent the company professionally while adhering to organizational policies and ethical standards.
