Job Description
- Handle inbound leads received through calls, WhatsApp, website, social media, and walk-in customers.
- Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable tour packages.
- Prepare quotations, itineraries, and travel proposals.
- Follow up with prospective customers regularly to maximize conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution.
- Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Upsell travel insurance, visa assistance, flight tickets, cruises, activities, and premium services.
- Stay updated on domestic and international destinations, visa requirements, airline policies, and travel trends.
- Handle customer queries professionally before and after booking.
- Participate in travel exhibitions, promotional events, and sales campaigns when required.
- Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- 1–3 years of experience in travel sales, tourism, hospitality, or customer service is preferred.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international holiday destinations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Skills RequiredExcellent communication skills in English and Kannada (Hindi is an added advantage)
