Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales professional to drive business growth in the Solar Energy sector. The candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing sales for rooftop OPEX/CAPEX solar projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar rooftop segments (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional, Residential).
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, references
Understand client requirements, prepare proposals, and present customized solar solutions.
Coordinate with the technical and design teams for site assessments and system sizing.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and maintain CRM data.
Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and government policies related to solar energy.
