Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, Linux, etc.) and software applications.
  • Handle incidents related to hardware replacement, upgrades, and preventive maintenance.
  • Troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity, Wi-Fi issues, and basic networking problems.
  • Coordinate with the network/IT team for escalated issues.
  • Maintain asset inventory of IT equipment.
  • Log and track tickets using helpdesk/CRM systems.
  • Provide on-site and remote support as required.
  • Ensure timely resolution of service requests within SLA timelines.
  • Educate end-users on IT best practices, security policies, and system usage.
