Job Description

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Optimize on-page elements (meta tags, headers, URLs, internal linking) across the website
  • Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
  • Build and execute link-building strategies to improve domain authority
  • Collaborate with content writers to create SEO-friendly job listings, blogs, and landing pages
  • Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics; report on performance regularly
  • Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and industry best practices
  • Identify and fix technical SEO issues (site speed, crawl errors, mobile-friendliness, schema markup)
  • Work with the tech team to implement SEO recommendations
